Knowing the scope of the work, God has blessed Water4Life Mozambique with three exceptional groups to work with us. They are:
DONORS who generously give out of their God-given resources. Without you, water well drilling could not continue.
DRILLING TEAM in Mozambique work at drilling whenever the funds are available (and weather conducive). The team consists of 8 well-trained, dependable individuals. I check in daily with Mozambique Field Director Latim Rendicao. Latim is well educated, well-liked, knowledgeable, and loyal.
BOARD of DIRECTORS, a talented and committed group of 10 Christian businessmen and women, faithfully serves our organization. (Board members meet annually in Punta Gorda, FL. Several times a year, they meet via phone or Zoom). This group also provides funds for all overhead expenses so that 100% of donations given for water, go to provide water.
At the February 2022, Annual Board Meeting, all board members reaffirmed that Water4Life Mozambique’s ONE focus remains the same: providing poor villages in Zambezia province, Mozambique, with clean, safe water by drilling deep, sustainable wells.
Imagine YOU ARE THERE!
The drilling team rolls into the village with the big rig, the trucks, and the pipes.
Can you feel it? Palpable, enthusiastic energy fills the whole village. Can you see it? Children run forward, arms flailing, hope beaming on their faces! Can you hear it? Laughing and yelling, as boys and girls SHOUT to others, "Come and see!"
On that day, the culmination of all three groups' efforts comes together, and another village will have a water well before the day's end. No matter the season, communities are experiencing a renewal that brings better health, greater education, and new opportunities. God smiles.
